Project Description
SPS Engineers performed constructability review of the retrofit of the SFOBB suspension span and assisted in the Contractor in preparation of RFIs and submittals. The firm designed temporary structures and performed construction engineering, which included the design of jacking system and supports for lifting the suspension bridge deck weighing more than 2,000 kips for replacement of isolation bearings under live traffic.
